If everyone is going to start fresh and all items will be gone...

How will there be any rares in the game if all of our accounts start fresh?

Why don't you let us login and continue playing from where we left off?

Well, I certainly didn't see this coming, but I like what I see.

Just to be clear, I'm not one of the players with nostalgia toward 2007 (or 2006, 2005, etc.), and I probably would never use a server that was from 2007 at all.

That being said, if players really wanted such a server, AND it would not hinder the growth of the main game at all, I think it would be fair to support these players in the goal of bring out this 2007 sever for everyone who wants it. Just because I might not use it, doesn't mean others wouldn't use it either.

I'll vote yes knowing that people really want this sever, especially if that vote gets it one step closer to being free for everyone. If it makes players happy in the end, I'm more than happy to support it. :)

Has a player who was not around in 2007 I in all honesty cannot vote for this, however those that where I wish you luck.

But in my opinion those that where are getting ripped off .... howcome the members of 2007 have to start from scratch surely jagex most know what levels 2007 players where on at the time? why most the amount of votes be set so high? hell in all my time playing RS the highest I have seen on-line is around 104k properly all not members.

This truely does smell of a gimmick to yet get more money from players.

RARES & HOLIDAY ITEMS MUST BE IN THE GAME.

How can you say you want runescape back and not include some of the biggest most wanted content in there. ( want to argue with this don't waste your time, go take your head and shove it up your arse )

Bad idea. All we wanted was for EoC to go away. Most players will be disappointed when they realise how dated 2007 was, plus no GE, no PKing, no free trade.

This'll be dead after three months, I think, and the blatant profiteering is dreadful!

This is awesome!! But just one question...

Will we get to keep our items and stats and bring them to old RuneScape?

If not, please make this an option so we don't have to play 2007 as noobs!!

Jagex more than likely won't hire new people just to keep this server running and updating so they will just retask people that already work there to work on that instead of updates to current runescape. All this will do is lead to less updates for a game we pay for or lower quality updates.

^basically people have a good reason to say no especially if they will never use this 07 server themselves.
