I'll first off say, I am proud of Jagex for actually listening for once; albeit the numbers are fairly absurd as they are really only around 760k players who can vote at this point.

I like 2007, and am happy you are bringing this back. However you claimed that the only backup or game data you had was an image from August 2007, how is this possible?

You are a company and you produce the game, yet how come I could go to any RSPS code hub and download and build my own game based off of any revision I choose?

I'm not complaining, not at all, this just didn't make sense to me.

Will we get to keep our items and stats and bring them to old RuneScape?

If not, please make this an option so we don't have to play 2007 as noobs!!

I was happy to read about this update, then I saw there will be no turmoil
So that already sucks because of my turmoil pure and also sucks because it's 2007 so there will only be dds's an the fact you cannot use your current accounts is be why didn't you just make 2 servers 1 Eeoc and 1 old combat I'll support coz it's old combat but I think your lazy just because some people have played 2006 private servers an not the real game in 2006 you let them choose, well whatever jagex your lazy an non LiveWare stuff don't mean nothing

Time to get my membership back!

Say you change your name in the current Runescape, will it change in 2007 version if you have an account? Or will you just have your original log in name like you did before name change was available? -I hope this is the case

I really hope all of my fellow members cooperate to reach the 750k vote, or at least the 500k. The backup date given is around the time I first got in to this game on an account I can no longer remember the info for, it's been a part of my life since then. I haven't played every day but I do enjoy it time to time and have been an active member for quite some time now. I can't wait.

I will support this update all the way. I didnt mind the 2006-pre eoc update they were good years on runescape great idea jagex its worth every penny in my book.Everyone complains how you dont listen to your customers. Yet look what you guys have been doing for us support all the way!

I want to know about holiday items.

Will we be granted all our holdiday items from the start of RS, or will they run the events and who wants them can go do the events ?

I want my dam holiday items lol!

And rares need to be implemented in you imbecils for christ sake don't none of you have a single brain cell up in there or are you all american or something ?

Rares will be needed it is a substancial thing for the economy.

I'm actually going to PRAISE you for coming up with a strategy such as this for the return of 07Scape. Tell the people who want this to be a reality to put their money where their mouth is. If there really is such a groundswell of support for it, they will avoid all of the negative consequences of the bottom tiers, won't they?

I guess we shall have to see in a few months what will happen. I'm noncommittal to the actual servers as presently proposed.
