What about the level 3's and there "Trial" account?
Implying that people start account new accounts to do this and vote?
Honestly want this vote to be as fair as possible and therefore trail members should not be able to vote.

For me runescape was best game just before bot nuke update which caused me to have laggs.
i cant say how it was in 2007 i started playing in 2008 with trade limit already in game :P
but rs was good just before coin pouch, bot nuke, solomons, squeal of pokemon :P
Consider maying making one rs just at 2010 or 2011.

Jagex this is a waste of resources as you have just catered to a bunch of nostalgia ridden children who whined, cried, and spammed your forums with countless spam/troll threads asking to bring back 07 servers or dissing the EoC. I had great faith in you but for now I'll just....*facepalm*

The only good I can see out of this is the increase membership price. Fine then, squeeze every last penny out of these pathetic little nostalgia freaks and then watch them walk away when they don't have the money to pay for anymore or start whining because membership cost too much.-

I agree with Goatmeal back on the first couple of pages. The community does NOT know what it wants. I mean look at you guys, your given the option to get 07 servers and you guys are still asking after "hopefully" reading the OP; "can we get 08/09/2k12,Pre-EoC etc., can we get GWD, etc etc." You clearly DON'T know what you want and its just sad that after constant crying and whining all over the forums you get a glimpse of "hope"

In the event that you actually get your way and then come back to the forums whining and crying about how Jagex needs to fix something or you'll consider quitting, I'll just sit back and say "You voted for it"

I also agree with people saying we shouldn't just abstain from voting I'm sure there is a good number of people who don't want to see this in place and we shouldn't feel as if we are also being ignored. Its unfortunate too see that the community is divided on this but it is divided on almost everything, even bots. Believe me when I say I've seen people say that bots are good for the game.

So for you kids that are so "excited" to see the 07 servers come back, I honestly won't be surprised when that stupid smug look on your face vanished rather quickly and your back to whining and crying and raging to Jagex because you don't have EXACTLY what you want.
