f2p in 2007 doesn't make sense, because a lot of the f2p accounts from back then probably haven't been logged into in 6 years... Jagex only wants to hear from players who would actually PLAY rs2007. They dont want votes from an account that would never log into the server.

I am soo happy the 2007 servers are coming back.


BUT... I need my stats to be transferred...or to be the way they were in 2007.
If you guys think this will ruin the economy then you haven't taken a basic economy class yet.

I love this idea and would love the pre eoc runescape back but i don't think it should be that far back. I think it it should be early 2012 before the eoc.

I like the dungeoneering part and the item binds update. And chaotics
I like the hp, prayer, run energy display next to the minimap which wasn't around in 2007. And summoning wasn't around in 2007
I like the nex armor the gano and storm of armadyl update, also after 2007 and polypore
I like the hybrid armour from minigames. new barrow Akinese set.
I like the dragon defender, dragon claws, korasi, armadyl crossbow, kiln cape, sara ammys and all the the stuff after 2007- 2012 before the eoc
i also like the grand exchange, way easier and faster to get items needed for treasure trails.
Also max hp was 99 in 2007 not 990
The new Quests, Nomad, The Elite void, Nex, QBD, the diversion and distractions, Corporal Beast, bolas in castle wars, PVP armour and weapons/ revenants, extreme potions/ overloads, etc are all, after 2007.
Also I would love to see the dominion tower gloves back to their former uses, the gloves now in the eoc sucks and is not even worth getting anymore.

All these things I said was not around in 2007 so we want a early 2012scape not 2007

We don't want a 2007scape even though it is still better than the eoc, We want a pre-eoc scape like early 2012 before the eoc update.

EDIT: the majority of ppl talking about 2006scape was talking about a private server called 2006scape. But they don't want a server that far back, they just want a pre-EOC server. Most ppl talking about the 2006scape didn't even play in 2006.

You may now like the version they're going to upload, but alot of other people do. I played RS in 2007. PvP was way more fair back then. No claw rushes, no korasi rushes.
Not that I PvP'd alot.. But others did/do. I'm more of a PvM guy. I'll have to miss TDS, QBD, Glacors, and more bosses. But that'll be worth it, because things will be less overpowered. Have you noticed how you can go up to clan wars with pro gear, and you dont stand a chance because pro gear just isn't pro anymore?

Ofcourse, in the meanwhile, cool things have been brought into the game, which won't be there in this version. If alot of people want these things to be implied, they could make another server to host that one. They get alot of money, if, like you say alot of people want to play it, so that shouldn't be any problem at all.

I realise this is just a way for Jagex to earn money. They're doing a good job at this, though. It makes people happy to be able to play on an oldschool version. I quit playing 6 months ago, having quit almost the entire year of 2011 aswell. I gave up on Runescape for real when they started to imply all these money hungry updates. This is another one of them, but I like it. Now we'll just have to hope they don't put those money hungry updated in the oldschool version; That'll **** alot of people off.

There isn't even enough current members to reach tier 4 let alone tier 3.

This player has the lowest total level with +1 experience. What ever rank he is will be the total available members with any amount of experience gained.

Currently: 809,201 members.

However this implies that everyone on the leaderboards since release is still very much active and will be active in the two weeks of this poll running.

I'm willing to even bet there isn't real player until we reach 630,000 were player start to have some skills leveled into the 10's - 20's.

However Jagex did an awful job presenting this poll, it can only be found by visiting the main website. Many people don't care about the main website and go straight to voting. So remove 10% from the total 630,000.

Then we have RWT's who only bot for real life money, they wouldn't care about this poll let alone even know it exists. So take another 10% or more off.

This equals: 504,000 potential votes.

This poll will not be fair until they construct it correctly. I say they just get rid of the whole thing, and let us have the below options.

FREE + Member Worlds.

Seperate payment system. I should be able to choose which game I'd like to pay for not pay for both.

Dedicated team -> IF the above proves successful. They can start off with no team I don't care, I know if this was just released for $5.00 or $10.00 seperate payment. They'd get way more purchases, then expecting people to take a risk that this will reach 250,000 and end up being $5.00 + $7.99 = $12.99 a month to play on 2007 RuneScape and never play on Current RuneScape.

How can a someone who just became a member sometime this year be more valuable then someone who's been a member since this game first provided the membership service. How can they not let people who had a membership at some time vote for this, this who poll was built to fail. Not bring back RuneScape 2007.

i dont think runescape has 750k members lol,most of them quit when they put the new lame combat in,if jagex would have left everything alone awhile back they would have over 750k members,everyone quit when they started putting all these new lame combat features in.everything needs to go back to normal with runescape back in the days of 2006,then im sure people will join back,im sure id even join back if they put everything back to normal like old runescape and never mess with it again.
