I don't buy that unforgiven.
Prior to the sale in 2010, Andrew held 34% of this company. It was HIS shares that pushed the majority over to IVP, and I don't buy that he was somehow coerced into selling it. HE SOLD OUT.
He made his money off of "his baby", and he walked. He had CHOICES, and chose the one that made him the most profit.
Teddy didn't give controlling interest to corporate America, Andrew did!
