the problem is how to they add them fairly.
IF they give them to people that have them in the current version, they will be giving those people a huge unfair advantage. plus if the person is leaving his account in the 2013 version, he might sell it or give it to another account, then that account would be able to have a duplicate rare.
IF they make it random, people that have them in the 2013 version will say its unfair that people that never had them get them in the new version.
frankly my dear, I couldn't give a dam. never had a river to build one on.
