Probably just another random comment in a sea of thousands, but I thought I'd throw in my two cents. I'm a player that first started back in early 2005 that played the game hardcore until about early 2008. I've quit since - I have come back a few times to play for a week or so, but the additional updates kind of ruined the experience for me (plus, I was just enjoying the game less). Just letting Jagex know: this is having an effect. Here I am, a player that started 8 years ago and hasn't played or even gone to the website frequently for 5 years, and I'm back on and supporting. Although I do believe some issues will arise, as a whole the update looks very promising. I do hope the higher tiers are reached - high prices for being able to play on the old servers is a bit annoying, but understandable. Profits need to be made - the prices they set are probably more than they need, but overall they have given us the opportunity. We should be happy with that - if you are unhappy about a certain aspect or the idea in its entirety, don't go crying about it. This won't affect you - the game now will still be there for you to play. Looking forward to the next month or two.
