I'd like a Jmod to comment on the following:


We players from before 2007 worked hard on our accounts, contributing money and time to your game, company, and pockets.
I understand you may have some trouble with backups, so a compromise would be to give those members whos accounts are from before 2007 free 1 to 2 year membership to reestablish their accounts.

Edit: And I don't mean free 1 year of old rs with purchase of new server account, but a stand alone membership for old rs servers.

That will not happen...Jagex is a company, it needs money to keep going.

It will not give accounts free membership just because it's bringing the game WE the players want back.

It's YOUR choice if you want to play 2007Scape again, Jagex is not forcing you to play it again and "waste" your time when you're having FUN!

You will not be renewing your membership just to vote because you will get 1 month free membership when 2007Scape is back. It's basically the same thing?

2007Scape is coming back 100% now.

Hi, i have a couple questions. Will there be any content update to these servers after release? Also, is there anything you could do to stop the price outrage players will make over the best items in the game like barrows items or whips, assuming all players will start from scratch?

i am most excited about them bringing back the old weapons****. old dragon long old dragon scimmy. old rune scimmys. however i am afraid of losing convience items. like my explores ring. or teleport tabs. as i am not sure how much we had. things that just made it easier to get around.

Construction is from 2006, I do not remember whether teletabs came out with construction or later on.

This is inevitable because of the low supply, try to be self-sufficient, getting your own food and so on until people start building up some supplies so that prices go down.
