@Ranger, That will be the case if you guys don't get enough votes. Jagex has already announced they would introduce very few to little amounts of updates / macro control to the 2007 servers if not enough votes were obtained.

I doubt that will be the case though even if they don't get enough votes. (Im still expecting around 300-500k).
Not having Anti macroing features will cost Jagex. If they feel there's going 20,000 fewer subscribers a month due to issue's with macroing, That's going to be £100,000 a month they losing (£1.2M annually). Would it be rational not to implement something that would probably cost a small amount to do?
I'm being conservative too, anti-macroing measures will be the pinnacle whether a revenue stream opens up or not. If not the game will be dead within a month.
Of course I could be over estimating Jagex reasoning, which would be odd considering I feel they drastically flawed when it comes to that already.
