Quick find code: 14-15-832-64233878......playing 2007 server will be like after fully completed GTA4 on ps3 then you want add mods to the game, so you go play GTA4 on pc to complete again and you will get that same feeling when 2007 server comes back. Trust me people get sick before even know it. because these 100s of hours not few hours.

After a long thought i am worried that this will be another fail,

i loved 2005-2007 years but, people you have to realize you were all younger as well.
that has a big impact on the gameplay.


personally i agree that old servers should be put back up, i know a lot of people like it including me. how ever, i am worried that people will get bored of it quickly. i think the best option is to put the 2011 servers in, runescape before the squeel. that in my opinion is really a fun version of the game, lots of stuff to do. good graphics, good sounds. and most importantly, it attracts new players. while the old servers, probably do not. and eoc does not either.


as for the eoc, you can not compare that to wow people.
wow is a successful game (runs for 18 years, including warcraft. has most subscribers a game ever had, for years) where you do not smash buttons, but you have a strategy to smash them. in eoc rs you don't, there is no particular rotation or order to hit the key binds. having a rotation can be really fun to do, trust me. but its not the type of thing you want on runescape.
but since it is now released, i recommend jagex that you put rotations in. yes? put more abilitys in and make them unique. this will improve eoc by a lot

I question the price for this...I may vote since I know alot of people would like to play classic again and it's there decision to make if they want to pay $15 for the game(if it's 3-month's i can understand 1-month though is kinda crazy since it doubled what we currently pay for the "main" game).

Now also the price for it may be because they need some cash to start it up again for the team you have assigned to update it and all of that. But to be honest if it does stay $15 per month for membership there will be a lost for the game since most wount pay that often for it.

I'm interested in classic so I may as well try it since I started playing alittle after Grand Exchance was made. Soon as i fgure out where to vote i'll be there to help those that wish for this to get 50k+ and if possible 750k if you get enough to actually support it all the way. (A tip where i can find this will help please and thank you to who reads this)

Anyways goodluck :) Jagex crew and to all players that are wanting this to take off again and I also suggest a link in the first post or something when this the voting starts.

Glad to see spots I usually camp on EoC will have less people crashing them. ^^
Since everyone will be doing the RS07 hype, I think it will be fun for a few weeks, but I'm pretty sure it will die down by a lot. :P I agree the GE ruined a lot of things, but you will see just how frustrating it will be to train skills. That's why skills was harder back then. I don't even say it was harder more annoying lol also the fact you're starting off fresh from a lvl 3. with no economy it will be months before you could even enjoy it. o.O I was never a hater of pre-EoC supporters because I kinda felt like it was forced too. I just feel like this is just another bandwagon that everyone will jump on thinking they're "cool" like their friends and not even take into account the negative effects this will have on the live game. I just hope people are thinking rational about this*****;_<

Not everyone that wanted this flamed forums about it. I have been wanting a reversion for like five years now, but I've never expressed it publicly.

Why is it important to you to not vote? Your vote helps us get the game cheaper, in all fairness that's a nice thing to do, regardless of whether you want to play or not.

If someone puts something up on Kickstarter, and instead of donating toward the cause, all you have to do is click the vote button, why do you choose not to do it? We will not reach 750,000 votes. Maybe not even 500,000 votes. But I would certainly love to play the old game.
