Sir Ludaa, around 2010-2012 wouldn't be better because the point of this isn't just to create a pre-EoC server, but a server that truly has the old skool vibe, and the old skool vibe has a couple of requirements to me:
-No GE
-No Corp or any bosses that came after it
-No DG
-No SoF/Solomon/Refer-A-Friend/Loyalty Program/Trial Member
