A yes vote does not mean that you have to reset your account - only if you chose to play on that server. you can keep playing as it is now.
You lose nothing by voting yes...

Active members, lets stop this whinning once and for all, if they want to play any old version of runescape then let them pay, simple as that, they claim they will pay ANYTHING TO PLAY OLD RUNESCAPE, then let them!

How can they be going backwards when its stuck in a "time" period and they'll be hiring a "New" dev. team while still having the same dev. team working on Current RS?

There will be a livestream on the 20th i believe that will cover your questions puukko, but i believe the report/ban system will be as it was back in the day yes. Lol at RS before they implemented the profanity filter, how people would try and get around it, not sure when they added that.
