It was said in the FAQ on page 1, 2nd post their will be a Jmod and Pmod presence in the 07 servers, they did not state who/how they will chosen though.

But there was a morality system, in a sense. It was a lot easier to deceive someone back then. All you had to do was tell them to climb down an unmarked hole, where they would be instantly destroyed by a group of skeletons, and their only escape is a pixel wide rope which is very hard to see.

Nowadays, players receive a hundred alerts if they're in the vicinity of a level 10 rat.

Just start over with the whole rare/holiday items cycle. Might want to do Phats now at release tho since otherwise we'd have to wait a year before we can start the cycle.

I'm sure all if not most of you have been begging for this chance since eoc came into the game. I really hope you guys don't let 7 dollars stand in your way now and besides.. Mod mmg said those who vote will get the first membership on the 2007 servers for free so think of it as buying membership early. Everybody needs to come together and vote. Don't think your 1 vote won't make a diffierence. Every vote is 1 step closer and 500k+ is what we really need to aim for at the least because it's a free service at that point (with main runescape membership) EVERYONE REPASTE THIS EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
