Old School RuneScape Anyone?

Well i guess quitting runescape only lasted about four months. Haha
glad to be back on these fourms. I just have a few questions.
1. The Grand Exchange, Yes i am a player of runescape since back in 2003 ive been around through all the rocky roads jagex has faced. The grand exchange was one of the biggest updates when it comes to the trading system. As i did love typing what i was selling and saying "BSALE" i was much happier knowing i could just put my item in the grand exchange and an sell it for low or higher prices. (MERCHING) is a big part of the game, its a crowd of the community advancing the economy truly. I know it would take months in order to reach this point. But Will you Jagex take into consideration of adding the G/E. (Maybe add polls for updates we want added?)
2. Rares, this is something ive thought long and hard about. I have two ideas, when the next christmas comes simply release a small amount or portion of party hats/santas/eastereggs/pumpkins throughout the game by simply mixing them into christmas crackers. dont make it to wide spread but say if theres 150,000 players total signed up for the server. take 33.3% maybe even fifty percent and make the drops random as it once was. Making each of the items we have known to become the rarest keeping a good price tag. Its something that must be considered. Once people begin maxing their accounts they will want to see these items an memories to come back
