Mod MMG did make a post (look at third post on this thread) about discontinued; a summary would be, they don't know if they'll be added in, but if they do he'd like suggestions from us players how they should be released. And being able too import your stats etc would only mean higher level players will have immediate access too high level content such as abyssal demons, KBD, Mith dragons etc making it unfair too lower leveled players who have too train up in such a slower time of age.

And to address the issue about rares, the economy would be a much greater place without the rares a lot of people are questioning about.

Some of you are suggesting that they are given out on Holidays, which wouldn't be too bad of an idea, except for the fact that some of you want to simply use the rares for Marketing. This idea would fall into Failure because of the fact that everyone would have the rares.

Paying more money to get the rares would be not only a waste of money, but a complete waste of effort. I understand that you all want your rares back, but this is a "New" game. We all are going to have a fresh start. No item advantages, nothing.

The no stats thing only really doesn't matter to the people who no life on rs. I play casually, and its taken in a long time to get what I have in lvls and items.

Since the eoc update I have quit runescape and stoped playing it. I love old school runescape 2006 2007 if u guys did that I would be playing 24.7!! I would start paying mems again 2. plllllleeeeeaaaasssse do this update!!!!!!! sounds EPIC!!!!!!!!

Ill have the ability to cook lobsters in a few days. Im sure others will have the ability to make rune scimis about then. Those that are combat orientated will soon have the ability to use the equipment they need, as there will be many that want to make and sell *hose items. frankly my dear, I couldn't give a dam. never had a river to build one on.
