Words cannot begin to explain the feeling I got when reading this, it nearly brought a tear to my eye. I immediately picked up the phone and called all my best friends I used to play this game with back in 2007, and to no surprise they were just as excited as I was. I haven't been online to actually play the game since 2007 when the wilderness was removed, but upon logging in this game looks nothing like it used to and I immediately felt lost. I know one vote may not be much, but I am renewing my membership JUST to place a vote in this, as I believe $8 is nothing compared to what this game being brought back would give me. I understand some of you are not going to vote as you worry this will affect modern RuneScape, but if you read it clearly says it won't as there will be a new development team! All I ask is for you guys to please vote for us people who grew up with the 2007 version of this game and would do anything to bring it back. Voting yes will have no affect on you, but it would mean the world to us who would do anything to experience the golden days again. Thank you people and thank you Jagex for doing this .

How are you going to spend your first hours on 2007scape?

It will probably look like Normandy, but I will be mining/runecrafting/maging to high alch. Then woodcutting/fletching..

allow everyone to stat transfer ONCE= permanent. This is the only way the game will be fun. it is unfair for higher level players do you expect us to get 220mil xp? atleast let accounts that existed then have their stats from that year itself to give vet accounts some priority

they dont have the stats from those years. If they allow people to have their current levels, they will let people that had easy leveling have more exps that people that dont have those current levels, but go to the new servers now. frankly my dear, I couldn't give a dam. never had a river to build one on.

I am saying that you are not currently contributing to the game, and most likely have not been around long enough to vote for one of the most, if not most, important poll in RuneScape. Not to mention the fact that you accuse all the Pro-EOC players of being botters and greedy, means you don't have proper reasoning skills to be involved in this topic. Goodbye.

All the complaining about losing stats----
I'm nearly maxed and have 10b+ bank....I'd give it up in a second just to go back to what the game used to be. I didn't actually didn't pk, I skilled basically. I enjoyed being able to speak to actual people when skilling. I have to go through all kinds of means by joining ***, or clans, just to find people who actually play the game that I can train with. The whole starting from level 3 will be nostalgic, sure, but the journey of restarting the game with ALL the people that are down for the same thing will create the community that this game has been lacking for quite awhile now.

I don't understand why there is even an argument against these servers. It will not effect the main game. It will not take any time away from the main game. The only thing it could do would bring in more revenue for Jagex, causing them to have more money for the main game for new updates. Just vote.
