Im not trying to flame you guys just simply get you to think a bit, i will not be voting for this because i won't be playing this. It doesn't bother me if you guys want to pay extra to play an old game GO FOR IT. But its a little bit dishonest to say this is going to bring all the players that have ever quit back to runescape to *tart over in a game that won't be updated with any new content. I persoonally believe that by time this game could even be viable most people will have gotten frustrated and quit already.
I believe this is a huge mistake on jagex part, you guys that want this "old" game don't even know what you really want, thus all the comments about rares gwd and ge for a few examples. There is always going to be a part of the "community" that doesnt like this update or that one. There is a HUGE difference in starting over in a viable game and EVERYONE starting over in a 6 year old game that will not be updated.
This forumn proves that this won't satisfy even though one who don't know what they actually want...if that makes sense
The game must change, if it didn't it would most certainly die, might still die with jagex continually pulling these kinds of "stunts". Classic has never been viable, same posts and reasoning were given then. This is a brilliant marketing scheme though
