There was 375k unique accounts created on a PRIVATE SERVER and it wasn't even out yet. So actually, there was 375k unique IP's on a 2006 based forum, and you still complain that this is for nostalgia? Why would you disagree with a 2007 based server? It will not split the community. The "community" that wants 2007 back isn't even active on Runescape anymore, so this is the old community. And the people that still have membership today that want this are not very active at all. Besides, they said they will let us have a chat where we can talk to each other. This will actually bring back the old community and give us both what we want, The old game for us, and for you a bigger community.

I am super excited to see they are putting it up to a poll, which with no doubt will get AT LEAST enough votes to bring the servers out. Now, I'd pay $15.00 a month to play 2007 server... But paying the current *7.95 + another $15.00 is a bit much.... $22.95? :/ Let's hope we get enough votes for the 2nd or 3rd tier so the price is lowered

I have very mixed feelings about this. What I'm really hoping is JaGEx to recreate RS completely (so that it would not have a squared tessellation of the gameworld and to have a smoother gameplay, to name a few examples). Then I would very likely come back to play RS. I really liked this game but to start all over from the *tart :/ Meh

I can solemnly bet you all (0 pennies) that Jagex will find a way to integrate Solomon's Store and SoF into the RS 2007 Servers, of all things to update about it, it'll be Solomon's Store.
The only place for debate will be "how soon?" If you can't be a pencil to write anyone's happiness, then try to be a nice eraser to remove someone's sadness.
