As much as I have supported the EoC, I have a history with this game that goes back to '06 or early '07, and I recall the fun and challenge of making GP with no GE. Back then I did contract mining for people to make GP, and I also recall the price of law runes, and the challenge of running laws.

In short I will support the '07 servers, and I hope that there will be enough votes for it to bring the price to a level that on my fixed income I can afford to play beyond the first free month.

Edit: I didn't bother to read the 1314 pages that have already been filled, I hope that the majority of the posts have been favorable.

They have not ignored me....just simply havent acutally thought about how long it will take for this 2007 version to be viable.

Viable = working economy, people with the levels to actually enjoy what you guys actually want to do which is pk.

No sir, me and my friends talking on the phone were conversing about going back to old style dks, kq, kbd, barrows, training slayer for that abby wip. It was so much fun.

Releasing holiday items from the past to the newer accounts that didn't even play back then is completely unfair to the old school players that DID play back then and will only degrade the value/pride of being old school in the first place. The best thing to do would be to let us import our old holiday items TO the 2007 system.

This would be true ONLY if your EoC account was affected.

It is not - 2007 is a completely new start. The whole point is that everyone starts equal, it does not matter what you have on your EoC account because that is separate.

Just quit trying to drag 2007 down by being greedy please. ;_;

If anything rares should be untradable or not exist at all.

If you're referring to H'ween masks/santa hats/p-hats then Yeah I agree with you on that. However, holiday items such as bunny ears, scythes and the like, should NOT be available to random new players that did not even play back in the day. It would be degrading to all TRUE old school players. Next time, make yourself more clear.
