Anyway guys, yup don't vote to this piece of nerds complaining garbage and lets look forward to the future.

I mean, come on the game is going to die just take a look at guild wars 1, diablo 1 and 2, and everquest 1. What makes you think this 2007 servers is going to be any different?
Short answers, it's not. it's going to die sooner then ya'll think.
And the game is going to be full of bots and bots and more and more bots if it reach 250k votes and becomes F2P for everyone. Think about it, F2P accounts. That means that everyone can bots in multiple accounts for money.

Just don't votes and lets not make the game happen. People will complain no matter what.

hi just throwing in my opinion, i think it would be absolutely fantastic to bring back the good old days of rs 07! this was when this game was in its prime and it was absolutely fantastic but now with the eoc and dual wield weapons etc i feel like your trying to do too much with the game and it has just messed it up for me and for alot of other people aswell. I have always chosen the good old runescape over other computer games like World of Warcraft but with the eoc i fell like it is becoming like one of those games with the abilities and all and to me it is not RUNESCAPE. So please, PLEASE bring back RS 07 it will make a lot of people happy! :) :)

with 750000 NEW MEMBERS, they will be able to pay for the new servers, staff and updates (most of which will actually be transfered from the new game, thus will not cost much, save bug fixes)...... exactly

people think theyre doing all of this? how many staff do you really think are needed to run a 07 server... even with updates, theyre not creating new content theyll be updating content that was released years ago that the people want.... as an earlier post stated... due to some computer law the current servers should hold something like 25x as much as the servers did in 07 which dials down the maintenance cost and stuff.... they pay 3 - 5 people a 50k salary a year thats 250k for a year.... now if they get 500k+ yes then its a go.... we all know prolly 100k+ will come back and pay to play it so thats almost a million there.... they dont need to charge money for this.... with $15 a month at only 50k people thats 750k a year for a game theyre not putting any people on or doing any fixes too... thats a joke so dont come in here saying its a business and they have to upkeep stuff... theyre doing this so they can attempt to keep the EoC going with the money funded from the true rs players.

because the reason rs is dying is that people quit over the changes in the last 5 years. Many people, such as myself would flock back if they took away those changes. frankly my dear, I couldn't give a dam. never had a river to build one on.
