After playing on and off since around 2004, I can say that it's been pretty nice seeing the game develop and change so drastically. However, I have to be honest and say that overall, I prefer the earlier version of the game (Eoc 0.0). Therefore I will be definitely be voting in favour! :)

Only annoyance I'm getting from this is that we have to start from level 3 again. I find that this has the potential to be quite off-putting, as many of us don't have as much time to play the game as much anymore, as say in 2006-7 when we were younger. I don't know about you guys but I'd rather re-live 'Oldschool Runescape' on the actual account in which I began playing on during that period as well as today; not some account we've had to make which has been spawned off the side of modern Runescape we play today. ;)

Why would I pay 7 dollars to vote? That's ridiculous. We're also not guaranteed that this will work, so why risk 7 dollars?

I'd rather just have it let everyone vote as long as they meet a specific "level" requirement, so people don't just randomly create new accounts and spam vote.

@EVERYONE NOT WANTING TO PAY 1 MONTHS MEMBERSHIP TO VOTE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure all if not most of you have been begging for this chance since eoc came into the game. I really hope you guys don't let 7 dollars stand in your way now and besides.. Mod mmg said those who vote will get the first membership on the 2007 servers for free so think of it as buying membership early. Everybody needs to come together and vote. Don't think your 1 vote won't make a diffierence. Every vote is 1 step closer and 500k+ is what we really need to aim for at the least because it's a free service at that point (with main runescape membership) EVERYONE REPASTE THIS EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why lie to the community and say you are doing this for us when its clearly obvious that you are trying to get people to buy member so they can vote and generate revenue for your dying company..Shame on you jagex for having the nerve to make it seem like you care about the players..The only time you do what the people want is when you are at your bottom point in terms of subscriptions.

The only reason people *ant 2007 is to not be in current butchered game, and now you try and salvage whats left of the community by giving us something should of evolved into what the PLAYERS wanted. I hope your current staff realizes that they have ruined a game that was part of so many childhoods. Way to make runescape just like the rest of the mmorpg's.

The day jagex goes bankrupt will be a good day.

no it will be a second part of the game like the beta server was you will lose nothing at all or need to give up anything if we get enough likes we dontneed to pay anythng extra at all

What made rares to be "rares" is that nobody knew that they will become rare. That is what made them rare. And if they will be dropped again they wouldn't be rare... They would be a failed item just like current fish mask.

I haven't posted on the forums or even logged on this game since 2010, and I really haven't played this game since 2009 and I started in 2005 when i was like 7 or 8 years old
