Guys, a lot of you are claiming that you will vote no. But why? It wont take resources from the live game, and if you don't *ant to, you don't have to play it. It's that simple.
If anything, this will only benefit Jagex, and if they feel that it just isn't working the way they had planned, then they can easily close the servers again, or even just not update them at all, as they did with the classic servers.
Also.. for those who are asking about 2012 servers, just before the EOC. They have stated that it's just not possible to do, as they have no back-up of it. Sure... i was skeptical when i first read that but now that i have thought about it, i can see they can't possibly be lying.
What would they gain by lying? If anything, they are losing votes, and losing possible people who will pay the extra fees by not having the just pre-eoc back up.
This is probably one of the best updates that will happen in a long time, for pvpers anyways. Yes, the price is steep for 50k votes, but i think we can easily hit the 250k votes, if everyone just votes yes. ^.^
