Enter the recruit a friend programme with your main account. Follow the link you receive to create a new account. Enter the game with your new account, complete tutorial (or don't w/e) and wait for 1 day. Log in on your new account to receive an offer for memb $1.98 for one month. @EVERYONE NOT WANTING TO PAY 1 MONTHS MEMBERSHIP TO VOTE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure all if not most of you have been begging for this chance since eoc came into the game. I really hope you guys don't let 7 dollars stand in your way now and besides.. Mod mmg said those who vote will get the first membership on the 2007 servers for free so think of it as buying membership early. Everybody needs to come together and vote. Don't think your 1 vote won't make a diffierence. Every vote is 1 step closer and 500k+ is what we really need to aim for at the least because it's a free service at that point (with main runescape membership) EVERYONE REPASTE THIS EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i for myself bought my membership today just to help the community getting old servers back i hope pls pls do the same help us!!

"Living in the past" is a quite demeaning expression considering these players, including me, are only looking for a better gaming experience. In this case, our opinion is that the '07 version had a better gaming experience than that of the current. This might only be my opinion, but any improvement in gaming experience is a step forward. Don't you agree?

I also fail to see your connection between how "we move forward in life not backward" and how developers are supposed to keep their players content.

Additionally, that launching a '07 version will have any implications on your game's development (which can better be described as impediment...) is quite a lie, considering that the '07 version will require an extra $5 - $15 something fee (which I would be very happy to pay!). I'm pretty sure this will cover for the new development team and even more.

Of course, this is based on the presumption that this proposal won't be favoured by 500k or more players. However, I find this quite implausible myself, as I recognize us oldschool players - or, as you prefer, "people living in the past" - as a vast minority. If this propsal DOES get 500k votes or more and your game won't see as many ****** updates that you so highly cherish, your argument would appear to me as strikingly egoistic.

Furthermore please don't base your arguments on sentimental life philosophy. At least not when it comes to such trivial matters as gaming.

Here are my thoughts Mod Mark and Mod mmg.

I personally believe that this is a waste of resources that could be put to use on the main game.
Why can't you fix pvp in the main game?
I enjoy eoc for pvm, but pvp is flawed.
Currently in pvp its just a game of rock paper scissors.
Whoever shows up with the stronger style generally wins.
I ask you how is that skill?

For the most part, I range when i am in the wild.
When I'm against melee, I'm already weak to them, and you give them the ability called "smash".
Most people meleeing in the wild abuse this.
They use protection prayers against range or mage, and spam the smash ability if you try to even up the ball field by turning on your protection prayer.

If you think that "surge" or "escape" is the counter to "smash", this was not thought out very well at all. How am I suppose to effectively use these abilities around obstacles? Not to mention, I can hardly hit them because they are using protection prayers, and once they catch up to me they do a ton of damage.

Make PVP equal for all styles.
implement ways to prevent 1 itemers.

The revenant dungeon used to be worth while and attracted people there.

Make resources in the wild lucrative as to attract more people.
There are many ways you could bring life back to the wild.

By bringing back 2007scape you are separating the community.
Many friendships and clans will suffer due to the separation.

A lot of the people that have been petitioning/whining about EoC, haven't even tried to learn/understand the new mechanics.

Even if you do bring back 07scape, some of the current pvp mechanics still need addressed for the main game.

Do you have intention of fixing these issues?

I believe if you were to fix the current pvp issues, a lot more people would step back into the wild as well.

hey everybody even those who support and prefer the eoc version please vote for these servers (if you have members) you complain about people complain well problem solved and also this does nothing to hurt you but help us so please even if you dislike the old system please vote for this back! it would only take a moment of your time to help us!
