Not 2007 please :s I know there has been a lot of hype with 2006 servers and such but personally I think pking would have been at it's prime in 2010 with the old wilderness (old being like it is now not the EP system) because hybridding is a major part of pking for a lot of players and bridding in 2007 is very difficult because of the F keys being very spread apart and the general items you have to use. Also, when this update is released please make sure there is a good server host to put it on because it is completely worthless if it is laggy. I know you can do this because at least 200,000 players (2-3 times your current playerbase) will be paying for a more expensive membership.

Overall I am very happy to see JaGex actually listening to their players for the first time in years and I hope to see these new servers come into the game soon :) :) :)

Now i dont know about you, but this feels like your backing me into a corner just for an answer. Could you be a little more clearer on this please.

2007 RS was lots of fun . . . in 2007.

Then the trade restrictions came along and ripped up the game. Jagex has been trying to recover from that massive debacle ever since. Many of the communities that existed in the game up to 2007 were destroyed--and they can never be restored.

The activities I used to do with my RS friends were no longer possible after trade restrictions came in. The company I ran (World 16 Airs) was crippled, and never recovered. Almost everything I did with friends didn't work anymore. So those friendships and communities just drifted apart.

You can't undo the past**** will never be the same as it would have been if the trade restrictions had never been put in place. But at least Jagex eventually saw the light, and restored freedom to RS. The damage of trade restrictions was done, and it will always cast a shadow over RS. But at least the game could start moving forward again.

I doubt that the 2007 servers will be sustainable long term. But if there really are tens or hundreds of thousands of players who want the 2007 servers back, and will keep playing them, more power to 'em!

2007 servers will be a nice piece of nostalgia, but it will not be the same as it was in 2007. Just as with Classic, if it's free I'll probably log in a few times just for fun, to see the visuals of the game as they were. Then I'll go back to playing the real game.

Why just RS 2007, I'd much prefer just pre EOC, with all the updates alongside the main game with regular EOC.

Heck, i'd even pay £30 a month for that....

And 750,000 Votes lol there isn't even 750k active members, so good job putting unrealistic goals in there.

The only real reason there is a poll, is to make them think we have a voice, with un-realistic goals they will say, o nobody wanted RS 2007 and they can look smug.
