@Louiellen that is an ignorant thing to say. The reason its abandoned is due to the updates that those nostalgic players believed ruined the game. These players hate the eoc so they quit not because they were bored... No eoc and old hit splats and not so much complication with weapons and Armour is great. Why do you think many play on these other fake versions of the game? Is that not proof enough?

To be honest I think it's too late. Like yeah yeah its good they are listening to their customers and such. Or, maybe they are just listening to the fact their subscribers have plummeted to an average of 70,000 since the release of the EoC and a simple remake of the game called "2006scape" had the ability to generate so much hype with around 400k registered accounts in a few months. I smell something fishy as in it was a bait to lure the community back in. I for one cbf restarting again so GG Rs!

For the record, even before EOC update -- the wildy was already devoid of pkers.

The "excitement" of the return of the wildy after the vote died within the first 6-months of its introduction. So you guys cannot use EOC release as the alibi.

The very same people that threw their tantrums to restore the wildy, were the very same people that abandoned the wildy after its restoration...........
