The only reason that I can come up with is they did not want to hit the 500,000 mark and have to offer it for free which they probably had no intention of doing in the first place if this is true.

Heh heh Ibite... poll ended midnight UK time, hence the 4-7 hour "early" end for those in Americas side. Though if you hadn't figured out that Jagex, being in the UK, was gonna go by UK time, I doubt the accuracy on your financial assessment thereof.

On that note, I don't think you've seen the painful state WoW subscription levels are at.

Read before you state, makes you all the more credible =)

It was really great to see the Runescape and broader community come together to make something really special like this happen.

Many older players dusted off their swords and re-entered the world of Runescape to support and play the new servers, it was amazing to see!

Yes, and over 100,000+ players would pay again for pre-EoC as well. Its worth a shot. That or their going extremely low on money next month. Call of Duty will put EoC out of business. .
