What are we going to be paying to play Old school Runescape?

I WAS under the impression it would be released to all who wanted to play on March 1'st.

But apparently thats too much to give....

Jagex you are so manipulative, deceptive and greedy.

Are we going to be paying 10$ every month to play?

Or is it you pay once for 6 months free?
