@W1LLi and everybody else you can pick up a nvidia gt 630 for $60 which will play most modern games even crysis 2 with medium settings and playable fps then theres the gt 610 for around $40 which is much much weaker but should still be able to play runescape.
P.S**** 630 is more than twice as strong as the gt 610 so for the money get the 630.
You can also get a 1GB Radeon 6670 for around $60 and is about 50% better than the 630 but they're starting to sell out.
For people who just want a new comp I have been starting to see 3rd gen i3 laptops for around $300 the intel hd4k will again have no issues with runescape.
The 8 series is now 7 years old thats a lifetime at the rate technology is evolving.
The Geforce 8800 gtx which was a $600 card at the time is now equal to the GT630 a $60 card....
Now for people who have windows XP and love Windows XP which I completely understand not wanting to upgrade I suggest just picking up the cheapest 2nd or 3rd gen i3 computer you can find. The intel HD3k/4k should run runescape fine.
