I used a Raedon XD for this...it crashes on my primary box as well, that ione uses an NVidia 3600...
I dont even want to think what the Intel hardware 'd make of it....
@HikariKnight - thanks for noting that, I prefer the Java client, I finally got it to play smoorth and maxed out...I can stay "home" (in Runescape that is...)
Those trees keep on getting in my way when I'm viewing the monsters from the side, so I highly suggest u remove the trees and keep the platform freefrom obstacles that could get in the way. It's a floating island anyway so there is no point from decorating it with trees and rocks.
There is joy in combat that can't be found anywhere else.
"I have made you cry to those who are using Windows XP after the release HTML5 RS no longer play because this OS is not compatible with WebGl
And people who have lower-end GPU than the GeForce 8 also will not be able to play RS (independently of whether they have Windows 7 or not) because the GPU does not support OpenGL version 3.0 as a Minium need in order to run WebGL"
Jagex its true? not all people have OP pc and many ppl gonna leave this game
P.S sorry for bad english...
Thanks HikariKnight! I'm hoping they somehow keep Java up for awhile, even after HTML5 if possible.
But I think no matter what it means I'll be forced out of the game until I'm able to get a new computer, which is going to take around a year since I have other things (darn rl
) that take priority for using my money on rather than buying a brand new computer just for a single game. Till then I can play other games that don't require me to have a brand new system.
Once I get a new computer then I'll decide if I come back to RS. By that time a good while will have passed and my veteran membership price will have expired, and I'll be having to start fresh on building up loyalty points again, plus without playing RS I might be involved in another game by then. So it's a big downer thinking of my RS future, if I have an RS future at all
Well, at least until HTML5 is live I can play.
