A video report won't help. Screen recorders slow down pc's, and not everybody knows how it works. And to be honest, I think that the amount of daily reports is so big that they won't have time for other things. And video recordings are easy to temper with.

You have to love this one.
My wife irl, made the mistake of testing out a bot today, and called it one.
She did all the usual trade/assist stuff, and looked up the stats only to find an epic botwatch fail.
She reported it, and suggested to nearby players they take its ore and " beat the bot"

Bingo!!..*oops, umm

Anyway, immediate 48 hour, automatic mute.
Account settings all showing zero offences, no avenue of appeal that did not repeatedly ask her to re-login.

We have been bot reporters/obstructors/killers over time, and she gets this.
Just be careful trading your item of any colour, and definately DO NOT type" i bet i'll lvl b4 u noob", in public to a friend.

Maybe we took one for the team, who knows?

Perhaps its why we, in our 4 person family "clan", play with private off and really love Skype.

Got to love monumental stuff ups by the well intentioned.

Great job! I can tell the Botwatch system is working as alot of areas in EOC are bot free. Training skills has been great for the first time in years. Keep up the great work, lets rid these bots out of Gielinor!

Ya know those bots/gold farmers that were training magic at the goblins in Port Sarim? Well, they're not at that location anymore. They are in banks on low use servers, alching.

So here's how it is with me. If it is low total level(with one high level), it stays hours doing the same thing, or it has an unpronouncable name and won't speak, I'm gonna report it. Then jagex can sort it out. IF they even deal with reports.

It seems lately their bot busting techniques harm mostly the REAL players.
