Swiftkit will be safe, as Jagex made a mistake a couple years ago. When they accidentally banned users of swiftkit and they corrected their mistake. If they do it again just mention that you're a SwiftKit user.

Can someone confirm that "Grotworms" is now empty?

What's being done about the gold farming gamblers? Some gold farmers don't actually bot, and that's just as big of a problem. (Though the old servers have reduced the amount of gambling going on, one of the positive side-effects on the main game.)
20,000 is a lot though, I hope it's as obvious in game as it sounds like it'll be!

Any accounts involved in gold farming/trading will be picked up, regardless of whatever other activities they may put their idle hands to. ;)
