No way in heck I want to deal with Captcha's again, its a hassle for us users. Heck I almost always fail when writing them on websites around & can't even read them well either.

The game used to have Captcha and it did not stop them = reason why it got removed and they haven't implemented it again.

Anyways the news sounds awesome

However, Jagex needs to start IP banning.

But, you're on of those people who hate Jagex for even trying to get rid of bots.
And hate on them for not bringing 06 back, instead of 07.
Or something like that.
They don't do anything right, do they? (obviously sarcasm, but some people here can't take a clue)

I am not saying that Jagex can't do anything right. I will say that when they do get something right, it is a very pleasant surprise. Also, one botting software is nothing. There are hundreds of different types of botting software, and stopping one or two isn't going to do anything.

This "news" is just Jagex taking a chance to stroke their ego.

Also I could care less about Old School/07 servers. If I wanted to have no stats or money, I would go play Classic.

It's better than Quantum's idea.
Just put em in the account making process.
Sure it would annoy people, but having to BUY a key just to play F2P, is crap.

It's automatic though.
Meaning, it's banning the ones being made as well.
It also mean Jagex can focus on ACTUAL content, unfortunately, 07scape is in the way now.

Also, why don't they take more legal action.
Gold selling/botting is copyright infringement.

It only blocks them until the software is updated/ the gold site uses different software.

I don't see how you aren't understanding this.
