You know what i wasted my time messing with this crap, i waited and waited for the old runescape, because EOC is GARBAGE, thats why i never payed to be a member, and its Messed up how you make it to where only Eoc members can play on the old runescape which i payed for multiple times, you jagex mods obviously dont know what your doing, and i dont give a crap if you ban me forever.

I have an issue with -

1. Making people pay extra (Almost 10 dollars/month)

Time to stop complaining guys. Jagex is giving us both versions for the old price...no increase. If you like the '07 version become a member and pretend it's the old school you're paying for. If enough people become members just to play '07 I suspect that will provide the profit for them to run '07 without a price increase at the end of the 6 months. You're all being critical about Jagex making money. Well, I own my own business and I can tell you if I offered more services without charging for them, I'd have been out of business a long time ago. The game is fantasy but Jagex operates in the real world.

I did have another thought. If someone signs up for a new membership now can they play Old School? If not, Jagex you might consider offering that alternative if that is possible. I think many people would consider memberships in order to play just the '07 version. As it is now I think new members, who didn't have an opportunity to vote for old school, wouldn't have the opportunity to play it.

I've been a RS player since RS2 first came out and to me this seems like a real low blow to the community. I'm aware at this point there are over 400k votes, but for Jagex, this is purely financial. At 50k votes, its an extra $15 a month!? That's crazy. If I'm going to pay more than $7 a month or so I'd rather just not play. It seems that the EoC was exclusively to make people mad who loved the old RS and a quick attempt at a quick buck. To get us old players to vote we have to buy a membership and even if we don't get what we want Jagex still has our money.I used to love this game because it was really centered around the community. I have no respect for them anymore and will not be playing this game anymore as of today. The greed bug got to them

Would it be possible to be able to play both old school and current Runescape at the same time? I want to play old school but I've dedicated many hours to my current account and don't want to feel that it's been wasted.
