one thing i think should be improved is to have a suggestion box available on the home page, i think that runescape would be alot more fun if clans could have a playlist to upload your own music to to stream to your clan, it would make clan wars beast and intense while everyone is listening to some hardcore fight music, etc. Order and chaos is already on making users be able to talk to eachother over ther phone while they play in groups and you can have your own personal playlist. I have nothing against the classic 8 bit music, but it just is not intense enough. If you think about it, connecting people together even more is where profit is anyways, facebook is the ultimate connection even rs uses it, just a thought.
my last idea is of course console play, i know many people who dont play because its on the computer, imagine playing on xbox on your big screen and talking over a mic where only people in your bubble (so many feet from you) can hear you. excluding mass areas of groupings like G.E.
