hey jagex nice work on updates every single one of them make me happy and i thank you for your hard work thanks for all the stuff you gave us and i dont have enough money for premier but if i ever have any i'll waste it on that hope you read this if not its ok theres alot of comments you can read dont need to read mine but ya cya jagex :D

Have you not read Mod MMG's post yourselves? Less promotions was the key point. And you have completely ignored it. Instead, you go ahead cannons ablazing with with SGS's limited edition sets, SoF Summoning weekend, replaced the free 200 RuneCoin promotion with a free item every month, and now, you're extending the deadline to apply for Gold Membership.

Words fail me. It's disgusting behaviour.

Just a note before too many people get in their comments whining about how cash-hungry Jagex is and how they're not going to waste their money on Gold Tier... While I can't deny that these days, Jagex is certainly showing an unfortunate money-grabbing streak, many of you that complain about Gold Tier aren't really thinking about this logically. Gold Tier is a $75/year annual subscription - for $6.25/month. Notice anything about that price? Even if you never play SoF and you never use the 2000 RuneCoins you get upon purchase of GT, and even if you never, ever wear the Paladin armor override, most of you will still be paying less for RS membership than you would have if you paid monthly, plus you're getting free stuff on the side. Mathematically and economically speaking, it's actually quite a good deal, and better than regular subscription.

That said, Jagex, you're not off the hook either...you guys can certainly stand to listen a bit better to criticisms about SoF and SGS, especially with the recent promise you made about 2013! It's a bit of a low move offering the Shadow Knight override as a separate purchase that those of us who have purchased GT don't receive. If you want to keep heading in the right direction - which, by and large, I'd say you are, though quests are getting a bit too easy nowadays - keep listening to feedback, and especially stop doing this deplorable thing where you get on the forums (especially the "discuss this here" sections) and you reply to comments to show you're listening, but only the comments that don't take any real effort to reply to. In other words, if you're going to reply at all, please address the hard-hitting comments as well as the softballs.

Cheers, and keep up the good work. You still have a lot of us on board, but you have a lot of work to do if you want to regain the trust of some of the older players. RuneScape is not the same game now that it was, and that's fine. But don't abandon the past altogether.
