Technically, those who buy extra spins on SOF (winning valuable items or high amts of money) or runecoins to buy new pets that have in game abilities have an unfair advantage as well. Player A has a low fixed income (or a low paying job) and only can afford to pay membership, and maybe 10 dollars worth of runecoins once in a long ass while.
Player B, besides membership, gets to buy all the spins they want, all the runecoins they want because mommy and daddy pay for it.

Unfair advantage? Hell yeah!
To think I read 4 years ago that Jagex believed that real life circumstances should not give one player advantage over other...Yeeeaah right.

They can kiss my albino Puerto Rican butt, I don't believe their little publicity stunts just to calm down the raging community. Still there are bots all over the place, I even canceled my slayer task the other day (grotworms) because after trying to kill just 2 grotworms was an excruciating pain in the ass and enormously frustrating. Even in German server I couldn't manage to kill a damn grotworm, so after world hoping for a while I just canceled the damn task. Every time I get tasks to areas I know are infested with bots, I cancel them; I can't deal with that damn crap. I want to play the game and have a fun time and I'm not going to bother to compete with damn bots. Also, I got tired of reporting them; every day the same bots on the same spot doing the same thing, it's just ridiculous.

I lost interest when i read (probably the first of what was more lies to come) that lie there.

Seriously does it hurt being forced to write this stuff? I don't think i could manage it lol. But i suppose whatever the bosses say, right.

Very happy to see this. At first I was happy that bots were making everything cheaper but once I realized that they also made it harder for REAL people to make money(gp) I was appalled at the number of botters I would see at grotworms, blue drags, EVERYWHERE! looking forward to having a bot free community. THANKS GUYS!

That's all this thread is intended to do, it's becoming increasingly apparent whenever Jagex bans bots it's only a couple hundred as a publicity stunt. They do this every few months to keep people subscribing.

I say to hell with your no name and shame policy on the forums and post the names of every account you banned.

I and most likely many others would like to know the numbers. The names to go with them would be cake on the icing.

well jagex it seems you have failed yet again...not only was your bot banning a bust but so is the fact that youve spent the last 6 months trying to make profit and ruining the game for people who actually play. thank you for not banning bots and killing runescape for me. i will not ** buying mem for sometime after this membership runs out as you have killed runescape for me by not banning bots and with eoc. good luck with keeping the people who actually play.
