The prayer is too weak, it ruined most training methods like armoured zombies. It will make minigames like the fight kiln and caves impossible. I'm a pure, how am I expected to do this? I could do it before? I'd love it if the old prayers came back, but only deducted 50% of the damage from players, and 100% from NPC's. EDIT: Going back to world of warcraft. Jagex you really just have to stop competing with something you can't be. We ALL know you tried to make your game's combat system based on the skill of the player. I played runescape for the old fun combat system. Players made their own pvp types of styles that require skill****: hybridding, tribridding etc. It took SKILL. That's why I played rs and it's dead now, not even the same game. Thanks anyways, I hope you eventually listen to your players.

Hate everything about eoc.. And yes i have tried it, through the beta and now in the live game... Don't know if i can bare it much longer, the future looks bleak for this game under its current management.

im old. this eoc is too confusing, cant do what i was used to. Played RS because it was fun and simple, and allowed me to play the way i wanted. Talked my bro into playing for those very reasons. He is somewhat handicapped, needed it simple to do and understand. Probably will not continue playing. Too bad, this is only game I ever played, didn't need to play any others because i liked this one. See ya.

Did anyone else notice how using Dharok's set is almost imbecilic or atleast suicidal? Without full protection prayers and the fact that you even get damage from attacking an imp, (yes, even something as worthless as an imp) then you're almost bound to die when you try to max hit with Dharok's. Since the only real way to even deal out damage is adrenaline, you might as well just go with the simple dragon weapons nowadays. I wouldn't be surprised to see Guthan's set raise in price because of all the self-damage you're receiving.

Many training methods have become nullified because of protection prayers offering only 50% protection, which in fact is a very small difference considering the training methods included having to attack high-damaging monsters. One cannot train at the Ape Atoll Monkey Guard temple, where I received my first 99; 99 Attack. Spent a month or so on that, during Bonus EXP weekend. Was training to get 99 Strength only to find out that I have to go to the bank to get more food because 100% protection prayers doesn't exist anymore. Same with armoured zombies. That's inneffective now. It seems the only way to get fast EXP is Soul Wars or Pest Control. Exp has been turned from 880 EXP per Ankou kill to 176 EXP. It's less than 25% of the original EXP gain, not to mention that you only get it it AFTER the monster is killed. Man, what a pain that is (since Monkey Guards also heal. This used to be a good thing because it meant a longer duration of EXP gaining).
