I agree with dragon..I would like to think its being resolved.....but i am starting to think that we just got left out, i mean 4 days and still no reward for the survey?
I am just hoping all of this is in the process of being resolved.

So i have not been able to get on until now after this news release, yet i find i can get my outfit but not xp. I did do the survey but no xp notification. What is the meaning of this? Are we still waiting for xp notifications 4days after announcement?

I'm also here to report that I haven't received my mad scientist outfit nor the bonus XP. I'm certain I did the 4 beta events to receive the outfit - I remember getting the reward notifications in my chat box - and I'm reasonably certain I completed the survey for the XP, but not 100% sure.

I checked the day the outfit was released and again today, 4 days after, and Diango still hasn't notified me about it.

Thanks for any help in resolving this!

Not sure if this is the official place to report not receiving the Mad Scientist Outfit, but well, here goes nothing. I essentially did the first series of Combat Betas and noted when it said that I had completed sufficient tasks, and then even did another to ensure that I had done enough to get in. I'm not sure if it's because I did the early ones, or if the system is just glitched, but at this point, I'm positioned in Draynor... in front of Diango... and not moving until we can get this resolved. Just irritates me that the enjoyment of a game has come down to a stupid costume, but I'm at that point where I either want this fixed, or I'm going to be stepping away from Runescape for awhile. I do hope it gets fixed...

It is now Tuedsay, Nov 27, and I still have neither the mad scientist reward or the combat acadamy award. I spent many hours on both - five or more events for the scientist award and 100% completion for the tutorial. (The survey never appeared even after trying five different days and repeating many of the sections several times.)

Please look into this so that I can claim my just reward.

i also did the combat beta 4 days before the eoc and didnt get my xp book from diango. i now wish i took part in some events while on there to get the unique outfit. if anyone knows why i didnt get the xp book reply to me
