I haven't received my xp reward or the mad scientist outfit.
I have done at least 4 of the events to be eligible for the outfit. I have waited a few days since you posted it on the main page, hoping its just a glitch. So here i am posting this in the forums.
We supported you in the EOC and now you treat us like this ? Please stop ignoring your players and fix this for me and all the other people who are sorely disappointed about this. Thanks

I am still waiting for my Mad Scientist Outfit. I did all four events as required and I got the message informing me that I had unlocked one part of the outfit after every event. Therefore, I'm certain I'm eligible for the outfit. You announced on Friday that the outfits and xp tomes would be handed out to players eligible for said rewards. I got my xp tome, but not my outfit. At first I thought it was just a matter of time and that I would obtain my outfit before the end of the day; I did not recieve it.

I don't usually complain on the forums, but I'm afraid this just forces me to. I don't really care when I'll get my outfit, as long as I get it. If the problem is still being solved, all I ask for is a simple post or any sign from your side that the problem has been identified and being looked at.

I didn't get my XP reward from taking the Combat Academy survey in the EoC beta period. Thats the Training place @ Lumbridge right? I did ALL of the different Trainings. Going for 200M All Skills QFC: 48-49-837-63099395

XP has not arrived and I've done the training camp in both the live game and beta along with the survey. D:

Could someone please post something on the mainpage or edit the first page of the thread and reassure us that the problem is being looked into?

Honestly I'm very disappointed with the level of service we have yet to receive I Honestly did not pay my subscription ti be treated like another Blizzard customer I expected a response back from jagex regarding this issue and nothing. How is it my responsibility to report your mistakes? If this continues my friends, family, and myself will cancel our subs and find another game to play.

I don't like to be pushy so I have been extremely patient and only made 3 posts about this, but I would like to know that I am being heard.

I did the survey on the beta but I have yet to receive any notification of the reward nor the reward itself and I have submitted a bug report. I would like to think that you (Jagex) are resolving the issue and we aren't being left out.

So just reply with anything; I don't like being ignored. I know you guys are busy but I don't want to spend time each day reading this thread to see if there are any updates. If the issue is impossible to resolve, say so. If not, at least say that you (Jagex) are making an effort, because as it stands, I am getting more pessimistic and just starting to believe that we (people who have posted) are being ignored in the hopes we will just forget what we were promised.
