Still no survey XP tome and it is unclear what we should do: just wait? Raise a bug report, something else?

I received my Mad Scientis outfit, but I didn't receive my Xp lamp.

And I'm 100% that I completed the survey at the end of the Academy.

Got the outfit but no XP and i know i did the survey, my partner and his brother got everyting when it was releced. been checking everyday for the XP as i know what i want to use it on and would be greatly apreachiated.

Diango is not playing ball with my XP tome. Did the survey in Beta after the tutorial. At least I am not alone so holding out hope.

I did recieve the scientist outfit but not the xp tome. So can we at least get some sort of official statement that this is being looked into?

Jagex, I got my Exp Tome and used it on Slayer and gained 3k Experience.. I thought it was 10 times the amount of Jack of trades? Please help me.. now i feel i have been cheated on :c
