i got an ingame message that i had to make space in my pack in order to receive my delivery order from loyalty shop or website, is this mad scientist or something else?? and why cant i claim it after clearing invetory

I completed the combat academy on the beta, however have not received the book, even after talking to the guy-is there anything else I need to do?

I can't get the Mad Scientist Outfit. I have completed 4 last events.

Have completed atleast 5 events, but not getting the outfit.
Can you fix this for me please.
I really enjoyded the events and BETA.

I did received my xp-book.

I completed these 4 events in Beta:
- Stealing Creation
- Castle Wars
- Soul Wars
- Pest Control

I still haven't received my outfit, but I got the xp from the combat academy.

I also completed a slayer task which was crawling hands. its 11/25 and still no outfit :c
