I haven't recived my exp for doing the toturial, did i have to do more then that?
i did reset my account on beta a few days later, but that shouldn't be why.


But i did get my mad scientist outfit, and i am happy for that =)

Hey guys,

As Mod Mike stated on the first page, the rewards will be rolled out to all those eligible as quickly as possible, but with many thousands of accounts to deal with, the system takes time. Some of you will get one thing or the other first - be patient for the next. :)

If after the next 36 hours you still don't have the rewards you think you've qualified for, please make sure you submit a bug report so our technical teams can look at your case & figure out what needs fixing if something has gone wrong. We'll be monitoring the forums all the while and we'll do our best to keep everyone informed!
