I am also experiencing problems with receiving both the xp and outfit.

I remember completing 4 (Barrows, Castle Wars, Soul Wars, Pest Control)
events and completing the xp survery the other week.

Again people please read. Not everyone will get the experience tome or the outfit all at once. It just doesn't work like that or the game would probably have some serious lag issues among whatever else it can cause. If you don't receive the rewards by tomorrow then you can worry. For now please be patient!
