Jagex, why haven't you learned from past experiences with mass killing events? Cannons are being used on a large scale to get an advantage over other players without cannons. That, and they lag horribly. Please make it so that cannons are unable to be placed at these spots. Thank you.

Soooooooo.....standing outside of grand tree for 15 minutes now (got there 5 mins early).....no snowmen. What gives, Jagex? My motto is to be nice if I can, but also to not suffer trolls.
