It's down to connection speed, since the first person who hits a monster gets the drops. And since it's only one location per hour, the same location on all worlds, everyone is there. So you could end up getting nothing, despite doing damage.

1. Next time, be more explicit that it is only ONE of the listed areas per hour (falador south this time)
2. Block the canons. they were very annoying
3. Spread the snowmen out more, it was way to easy for a few people to get everyone of them.
4. Major lag issues
5. Since when is 20 oak planks a "valuable drop"???

Okay, so I found one of the spots - had to search through all the places, as no information was given - and it was PACKED. Not only that, it was impossible to kill any of them as there were people with cannons EVERYWHERE. I did, though, manage to get 2 kills. Oh, and guess what I got? I got 532 coins and 20 pure essence. Excuse me, last time I checked that's NOT valuable. And this should be induvidual, and not a "community event" as it always end up in arguements and fighting.
Learn by now, PLEASE.

Please remove the ability to use cannons in the designated areas! I got flax, chocolate bars, coal, p ess, air runes, and potato cactus. Friend did get a d long.

Was at W35 Fally south location, had been waiting at Gnome Stronghold location, we assumed, they would appear at every location, in every member world...
