Remember that iOS game released by Jagex called Undercroft? Well, that was actually developed by a small studio called Rake in Grass (Google them) but the game was purchased and re-branded by Jagex. Since it was purchased by Jagex, no new content has been released for the game whatsoever. In fact, the only think that Jagex did to the game was remove an easter egg which players could find in a park in the first area of the game - a rake in the grass. If you want a clear sign of the plagiarism in Ace of Spades, look at the face of the miner, especially in the load screen for any demolition map. His face resembles a creeper with the eyes and his weird mouth.

By this, we can tell you've not even played the Game, making everything you've already said worthless. The Classes play vastly different, and the well designed maps vary wildly, from a frozen lake with a Giant lock ness monster, to a Forested Vally, to a bridge spanning three large mountains, there is plenty of variety.
