Lol my current price is actually cheaper for a whole year. That being said, it is a good deal and I wouldn't mind spending a couple of extra dollars for it. However, I have one question. When do we receive the items that were exclusively on cards? (i.e. Ornate katana, green skin, etc.)

I have two accounts that have been p2p for a good chunk of time.. Both of my accounts only cost $5 a month which is $60 a year, meaning I'd be paying $75 for the Gold status, $15 more for no reason. It's too bad you don't think about your loyal players who have been with you for 10+ years. In all honesty the Gold status should be automatically included with long time players.. Five years or more continuous membership should be given all the benefits of Gold without hesitation from Jagex staff or extra money being siphoned out of player's pockets.

Remember Jagex, us old players are the reason this game is still going. I remember when 300k players online was normal.. Almost every world was maxed out with 2k players online. These days you're just under 100k players online at peak times.

Unfortunately, I'm sure my words will go unheard and unseen. My two cents.

Beef most of those were bots... Also... The most ever on was during the PoH update and that last a few months. Other than that the normal was 150-240k on weekends and 100k-140k on weekdays.

i always buy a year of membership with paybycash since i don't want to pay for visa
now you are locking anyone out who don't have a credit card
make this also avaiable for paybycash users and i'm sure you'll sell more than you will now

... If I could. And to be short I'm sick of updates that give advantages or cosmetic stuff to a select few payment methods. I don't have credit cards and where I live, you can't buy prepaid membership cards.

That being said I can't buy the gold premium package due the lack of a credit card? I'm not pleased!

Please make this kind of stuff available to all or atleast most payment methods.

The last time I paid a year up front, I got scammed out of that year membership without so much as a refund or even an apology. I had to wait 3 years 2006-2009 just for Mod Crow to lift my ban for mention of "YouTube".

Anyway.. on with this rant.

This is even more complete and utter bull ****.

1) "12 months membership."

I've got membership until October 2013 because they keep forcing us to buy 90 day membership for no reason just to unlock new items.

2) "One extra daily spin on Squeal of Fortune for the whole year, in addition to the usual two enjoyed by members."

I already get 60 extra spins per month per new account I pay $2 membership for PLUS 14x2 spins on the trial membership.

3) "2000 Runecoins."

Wow $5! Thanks guys! *sarcasm*

4) "A range of special cosmetic items, such as the Ornate Katana, Green Skin, Turkey Hat, Barbed Bow, Flaming Skull, Scarecrow Mask and Lightning Pack."

I own every item when they came out. So I get jacked because I was the first to buy in to your repeating bribe?

5) "Entry into a prize draw to win an all expenses paid trip for two to Jagex HQ in Cambridge, United Kingdom."

I would probably end up selling this off to a YouTuber that could make revenue on views for posting a video. I never attended RuneFest for fear I would get banned for giving you a piece of my mind on how you've failed since the retirement of Andrew Gower.

6) "A quarterly Premier Club newsletter, packed with information and offers."

Oh boy! More spam mail that I already haven't checked regarding Loyalty Programme or every single time I add more membership. Special offers like more daily Solomon and Squeal items? Oh I can't wait! *again, sarcasm*

If anything this seems like a scam to get even more money as if they already spent their Squeal of Fortune and Solomon Store budget on Evolution of Combat. And if so, I think somebody should fire their fail staff or demand a refund. Because they got ripped off, and we've lost quite a bit of friends from the game.
