When I saw this statement I was beside myself with disbelief. Then, deciding to give you the benefit of the doubt, I went to Combat Discussion. I checked six threads: EoC Launch: 20th November, Survey Results, Upcoming Changes, Ranged Combat, One-Click combat, and EoC Community Guides. Other than Community Guides, where Mod Mark announced he had featured all videos and awarded all prizes, I saw not a single post by a J-mod in the past week (25 November onwards).

What's the point of giving you guys feedback and suggestions if all of you AREN'T LISTENING?! Runescape Forumers Discord Server

Please answer me this, "why haven't any jmods responded to any of the threads that have questions concerning the direction of runescape? Also the apparent lack of response time and customer service expected from a company that has paying customers?"

I have 7 memberships and have cancelled a couple and will continue to do so unless a jmod actually comes on and gives us an update to what is being done about old RS2 and the eoc.
There are some threads with over 1420 pages and not 1 jmod has chimed in. This is not the way a company should treat paying customers, especially ones that have played for many years with multiple membership accounts.

I guess my question is, are the jmods allowed to comment on this update without fear of losing their jobs? If you are a jmod why have you not answered thousands of posts just to say that you guys are still around and working on a solution? I think because you have done nothing except post on frivolous threads about nothing, you must not like the update either and are too scared to post anything regarding your true thoughts on the matter since it differs from your upper management and sponsers. EoC= End of common sense and the motto now for runescape is........".Run-Escape" from this new game that was once Runescape.

With all do respect mod Phoenix, the art work isn't what the game is or should be about. The reason should be about the game that we all love so much being slowly and painfully destroyed in the hardworking Runescape community. I will not be renewing my membership any time soon until the unappreciated Runescapees voices are heard and e.o.c. is destroyed. I will however stay on as a free player to see how much Jagex truly cares for their customers and how much loyalty they have left.

The real issues need to be addressed and not hidden behind promiscuous photos of Runescape anime no matter how great of a picture it is.

P.S. It is very well drawn and very creative. :)
