Not a bad update considering what's been trending for Runscape's updates.
EOC SUCKS, QUIT TRYING TO BE LIKE OTHER MMORPGS! I liked RS because it was simple and different. If I had the choice to take it out or make small changes to EOC, I would take it out :/

Surprisingly enough, Mod Mike reacted but only with avoiding answers.
Why not man up and answer our questions? I'm still a member until 6 december and I'm doubting whether I should renew my membership.
The EoC was not great. A lot of players disagree on that update, so do I. Still I gave this game a chance, and kept playing. But they have to stop making the game so simple.
After the EoC dungeoneering was too easy. I was 96, and after EoC I was easily 99. Also, they keep giving away XP. A BXPW, which would never come anymore, in the months september and october they gave away xp for 'just being a member' and than, for completing a tutorial for the EoC you could get XP 2 times, when you completed it in the BETA and in the Real Online World. Also, you had some Instakill-darts, which made a lot of prices drop.
And now, another XP update, yeah *Sarcasm*.
Even though it's only 50k/day, it's still 1.5M free xp at the end of the month. It is not good for the game. Where do you want to go? To a place where everyone's maxed? Because if so, just give us 99's.

Giving all people easy 99s... Best way to ruin your game.

TO NEW MEMBERS:
You got lucky, everything has been done for you, XP lamps, double exp weekends,
XP auras.
Where is the hardwork in that? where is the joy and patience of getting 99 in a skill and bragging to your friends about it?

Not bad Jagex. Looking forward to everything for December, except the Stray Dog X-Mas event, it sounds horribly stale and boring to me. Considering that this is 2012 and millions of people are super nervous about the supposed "end of the world" that they believe is coming in a few weeks (LMAO) why couldn't you do something truly awesome for the x-mas event, what goes on in the minds of the staff who are currently in charge of such events? Don't they have an imagination? Because it seems to me that they don't. The events have been stale, boring and bland and the rewards terrible. Please work harder on the holiday events for next year.
EX: give us a chance to re-charge those Spring event crowns from 2011!!

In the interests of Christmas cheer, I'm going to say this looks fun.
Anywho, TDs should be on this list if Glacors are going to be. As for QBD and Kiln rewards, these are single-player so I can understand why they might be excluded.
For people who are asking if aura xp applies to one-off xp like penguin points, historically it has not, although it is capped at 50K within 30 minutes anyway, which you can gain in any skill easily enough.
For future updates, double dung xp weekend looks good, which should get me 120 dungeoneering (depending on when it is), and double minigame rewards looks good to get some cw capes, some void gear for the POH, some experience in soul wars, and the rest of my hybrid.
Trying to stay positive, but some of the remarks on this thread are pretty insulting and distasteful at JMods and veterans alike...
