dwarvenlied, actually jagex does owe us something, a response is the least atm, since im a customer with 4 member accounts and 2 of which expire in february, and sicne im no longer going to be playing i'd say iw asted my money and am a dissatisfied customer because this update was shoved down our throats whether we liked it or not. Secondly, who asked for any results immediately? Or maybe u didnt even bother reading a few of the previous posts, this whole thread turned into an EoC hate thread because none of the mods are replying to the other EoC discussion threads with 12k+ posts, i'd say that is poor customer service when a mod replies 2 time sin 2 pages here and then stops replying the moment i post my message for him to reply to the other thread about EoC. As someone pointed out in the EoC discussion forums, Jagex policy binds them to respond to us at some reasonable point, and by the EoC thread, i'd say a good amount of reasonable time has passed with no reply, hence jagex is disregarding their own policy, and as customers some even might make a point to sue not for lack of replies but for other purposes stated in the other threads. Go read.
